the sample will not play

If you are using Firefox or Chrome with Adblock Plus, it may be that the audio is being blocked. To listen to the audio simply click on the red Adblock Plus icon in the top right of the window and select 'Don't run on pages on this domain' for Chrome or 'Disable for amazinginstore.com' if you are using Firefox. After refreshing the page, the audio should now be available to play.
