With more than 230 years of tradition and experience, Goldsmiths is the largest quality jeweller in the UK, with showrooms in every major town and city.

We were tasked with creating a unified sound across the estate. Our profiling team got to work, spending time in several Goldsmiths showrooms, talking to staff and management teams, gaining valuable insights into Goldsmiths and the different sectors of their brand.

Working with their customer experience manager, we created several bespoke playlists, covering each sector of their brand, each suited to particular showrooms.

Music ranged from a classic feel with hints of acoustic jazz, through to the newest, high energy, pop and dance.

Our dayparting facility enabled Goldsmiths to enhance their customer experience, changing the style and pace of the music at particular times of the day. This meant that showrooms could change the music in line with the atmosphere and footfall.
